Does anyone here intermittent fast? I’m trying to commit to it. Easy in the mornings, FUCKING HARD at night

I've been doing from 12 or thereabouts and rarely anything after 8 or 830. It worked for me a few years back and it's been a nice change. Though I won't kick myself if I eat a biscuit with tea after 8.

I do tend to struggle with either healthy eating or exercise if I'm not doing both simultaneously though. I've been running or going to the gym every day alongside it.

Summer also helps.
 
Meal choice first thing in the afternoon has been important as well cause I've needed something to sustain me. I pretty much stick to porridge with mixed berries and then vary things more for dinner.

Me too. I genuinely have no appetite in the morning. Post 12 though and certainly going into the evening I can shovel my face until the cows come home.
 
I think getting a few days down helps. The first day of avoiding stuffing yourself is hardest, as are days that follow 'cheat' days or days off. But it is worth it and it makes me happier and healthier, even if I'm not seeing much difference in terms of physical apperience.

Absolutely pissed down here. Thankfully some lovely classes and a short one-to-one invigilation.

Although the smell of wet child really does linger.
 
Aye, the rain's on here too. Looking forward to seeing all the folk who went to work in their light summer clothes on their way home. (NB - this includes me)
 
Just left work. No rain yet, but I think I'll be lucky to make it home before it does.

And yes, I'm completely unprepared for it as well, despite it being forecast. I just looked at how glorious it was this morning and decided myself that it wouldn't rain. Idiot.

Our stop on our cruise to the Faroe islands has been cancelled 😭 I'm so gutted. But we're stopping at Belfast instead. Not anywhere near the same, but at least I can do Giants Causeway.
