She is doing a greatest hits tour, just the states for now:

 
there are European dates in June and July!

I thought she was almost done with a new album at least a year ago now, so a random GH tour that takes up her entire year feels underwhelming to me.
 
Hope the GH tour is a bit longer than the 45 minutes she managed for her last one.

with most albums not being profitable anymore, many acts setting the bar high for tours (Madonna, Taylor, Beyoncé...) and since you can sell so many hoodies and mugs, it's pretty TELLING how everyone has resorted to touring extensively after years and years of being lazy for a quick buck. Hello Avril, Janet, Xtina, et al :D :disco:
 
They didn't include "Hot", "Wish You Were Here", or "Give You What You Like". Not among her biggest hits but I would've preferred those over the likes of "Head Above Water" and fucking "Bite Me".

wtf, the This is Avril playlist from spotify is miles better than this shit! I bet she "curated" this :eyes: I mean choosing Smile and He Wasn't over I Wish You Were Here is nuts, but it could have been worse and we could've get Dumb Blonde or Hello Kitty.

🫢 OMG!! As solid as most of the hits are, it’s a bit too too short. 60 minutes of music?

I nearly bought tickets to see this tour but I held off because a she’s playing an outdoor amphitheater and the weather in WA is still unpredictable in May.

2 weeks ago it was over 80 degrees and this weekend when the show is scheduled it’ll be mid 50’s 🫣 .. so between that and this set list I’m glad I didn’t bother.

Though I just looked on set list and her last two tours she only played 16 songs so I guess she has track record of short shows 🤷‍♂️ I guess with Lyme disease she’s probably limited to how much she can do before she’s too fatigued so fair enough.
