It's so 90s, and that going off bit is absolute BANG/10. The verses are more disco where the chorus is more house, and unfortunately the chorus is by far the strongest bit of the song, but WHAT a chorus it is

It's one of those cases where the ingredients scream monumentally amazing, but the final outcome is frustratingly awful.

This track really should have looked in the mirror and took one thing off
The video reminds me of Trap Door but with less accomplished plasticine work.
The "song" itself is too much of an aural cacophony for these delicate ears.
