Full of beans today after a sleepy monday. 4 days of wine consumption leads to fatigue, it seems

Gooood morning. Bit chilly so going to pop out and wake meself up. Also, can't find the tape measure but I have at least two and I'm absolutely not buying another one only to find one of 'em mere minutes later.

Was just trying to work out what I was doing on 2004 on Moopy, turns out I was in Ibiza all summer but this made me laugh. Did I turn @Rachey LEZ?

I'm on a national express coach back to Portsmouth and the man loading the luggage is the biggest jobs worth. He's told pretty much every passenger off about something. Apart from us. He moaned to us about the other passengers 😑

I emailed a set of company accounts over to the director this afternoon and he emailed back, almost immediately, saying how could the corporation tax be that much when he only had ten grand in the bank account at year-end. So I rang him and said the company made a profit of £152000 and that's why the corporation tax was as high as it was. His reply was "but I've been transferring loads of money to my bank account so I'd only have to pay tax on the ten grand". I then had to explain that it was calculated on the profit of the company, not how much was left in the bank account. I went further and said "Bob*, if it was calculated on what was in the bank account everybody would just leave 50p in the bank on the last day of the year wouldn't they?". There was a long silence and then he just said "yeah, file them".

Tomorrow I get to tell him how much tax he's got to pay on the £72000 he transferred out to his own bank account! :D

I hope you’re all having a great Tuesday except our producer who went on holiday last week leaving a fucking catastrophe for me to sort out, which has ruined my whole week whilst she suns herself in Italy.

:hostage:

And this is why we spunk all our money on trips abroad to expos.

Just a thought but if Bob had put all that money into a pension he'd be laughing. Silly Bob.
