Bit pissed, apparently. Monday cancelled, Tuesday still going ahead as at right now.

I'm doing fuck all, Ms Ron is buying M&S readymade food and wine and it took me until 1 to have a shower. Time to find some sort of wanky film to watch on my just renewed MUBI subscription.

I'm listening to everything Faust did in the 70s. All 4 albums and 3 discs of outtakes and alternates. Classic Sunday activity, even if I did do the first 3 albums last night.

I’m tempted to have an onstage fight with this bunch of Essex boys to my left and Essex girls to my right who won’t shut the fuck up by the pool

Sorry to Essex moopers but why are you all so LOUD?

Bus driver refused to take my tenner. I got on presuming he'd get change, so he stopped the engine. A very kind person gave me the £2. Fucking ridiculous!
Don't your buses take card payments? Last time I got a bus and paid with cash (eleven months ago) the driver looked at it like I'd put a small pile of poo in his tray.

They do, but I don't have anything on my card. I only worked for the first time since July on Thursday.

If I offer legitimate tender for your service, it's not my fault you don't have change.

I'm cooking a roast today. I've not cooked a roast for ages, but I begrudge paying £20 at a pub for one.

At least I did, until I started cooking my own. What an absolute ball ache. I will never moan again and will also never cook one again.

Roasts out are the way forward.

I enjoy cooking a roast, but my God, the timings. How I ever did it before multiple timers on my phone.
At Christmas I very much have to have everything written down as to what goes in when. And I like to have everything that can be prepped the night before, or even a few of the side bits cooked the day before and then reheated.

I don't remember the last time I did a Sunday roast, although I did one most weeks for twenty years, as well as all of the Christmas dinners, so I think I've done enough. I do love eating them though.

I fucking love roasts so I don't mind at all making them. I can make them in my sleep now.

I think that's my biggest issue with them - the level of enjoyment doesn't match the level of effort for me. I don't particularly dislike them, but I enjoy something like a paella or a risotto which take far less time and work to cook more.

Love cooking a roast, but I’ll only do under the express conditions I can drink at the same time.

I just knocked up a custard from scratch from memory. I havent made custard since I worked in a proper kitchen and that must be 15 years ago at least

I properly love making a roast. And if you can make a proper good one, it’s worth every bit of effort and praise!

One of the pubs near me has magnificent duck fat roast potatoes. If someone gave me fifteen or so of them, plus a bowl of gravy for dipping, I would be very happy.
