Can we get a list of everybody who endorses MONDAY?

After years of being anti-Monday, Garfield recently came out in favour of Monday.

Moopy, does anyone here use Loop earplugs? I think I want to get some but I'm not sure which ones.

I want to drown out background noise so I can read, but also when I'm in a pub I want to drown out other people talking but be able to hear people on my table?
 
Absolutely not..

This is my last week of full time mummy leave while the child is at school (I'm off next week too but it's half term), and he spent all night vomming and has to stay at home today and tomorrow. :sugar:

That was I reply to Big Ron, not Rachey :)

But yes Rachey @Iguana wears them and swears by them. And you often have to hunt for one in the bed before you go to sleep which is a fun GAME for everyone!

I've got a pair. They are good for background noise at home - They didn't exactly drown it out, but when our neighbours were having a lot of work done on the house, they did successfully manage to kind of soften the edges of the noise so that it wasn't so shrill and I could successfully tune it out, if that makes sense.

I've never tried them in a pub setting, so don't know if they would work like that. Certainly I could leave them in and talk to Mr L without problem, but I've never tested them with other conversation also being close.
 
I ENDORSE Monday. I am currently at Victoria Station waiting for my best friend from Brighton to arrive. We are going to have a lovely day together!

Also just sent over all my details to get the ball rolling with the paperwork for my new flat. Within the next 48 hours, the move should be 100% confirmed 💃

I just bought a second hand jumper in a charity shop. I loved it, it was £5 in perfect condition and it was a medium but just about fits me. HOORAY!

Then I googled it and it appears to only be modelled by a woman in the few shots I can find online, but those are all labelled as “lady sizes” (and even have pictures of the labels being “12/16” and not “M” as mine says.

If it fits me in Medium, when I’m normally a large, it must be a men’s, right? And also, why do I care? It’s 2024, wear what the fuck you like.

MODERN LIFE IS SO CONFUSING!

Mine aren't actually Loop - it's these Flare Audio ones I have, but they are for the same thing.

I only dress manly at work tho.. because t shirts are comfy.
 
A jumper isn’t going to be tailored to fit a woman’s body in the way a shirt or jacket is, likely has a similar pattern to a men’s jumper anyway.

It’d probably be a bit too short on the arm if it was a womans.
