I deal with UHC daily at work and I can honestly say they are the WORST insurance around currently. They will deny claims left and right costing thousands upon thousands each month. We even stopped taking them at all for about a year until they gave us a better contract. They still aren’t great but we are a not for profit and most other agencies won’t take it so we generally write off almost every patient that comes in with UHC.
