So I slipped on a GRATE this morning on my way to work as I think it was probably DEWY and I've got slippy work shoes on and properly went arse over tit in front of loads of people. No serious damage, but my shoulder and ankle both hurt a bit.

The most embarrassing thing? A lovely 16 year old ish school kid tried to help me up, like I was some kind of OLD MAN.
