Wallace & Gromit in Vengeance Most Fowl

Wasn't quite sure where to put this as it's on the BBC, but it's also a film, so HERE WE ARE

Who watched? I loved it. It had everything I wanted from a Wallace & Gromit, and them bringing Feathers back totally worked and made him even more of an icon imo.



It's on Netflix outside on the UK from early January, and now on iPlayer obvs.

It felt slightly overlong but definitely very charming as always. Feathers is of course an icon.

I loved it. It was packed with little references of which I'm sure a second viewing would find a couple more. There were some clever callbacks and some genuinely funny scenes. The bit where Feathers turned round on the swivel chair and was stroking the white seal cub had me in fits laughing. So well done, so clever.

I really liked it even with the different voice actor, he captured Wallace really well, and Gromit is the quiet genius (same with Feathers at times haha).
The gnome was annoying despite saving Gromit falling from the train bridge towards the end and the storyline was kind of predictable at times, but loveable nonetheless.
It gives a sort of AI-related narrative, where Wallace is more on the side of embracing it/advancing technology, and Gromit more sceptical.
Not about the film, but in 2011 or something, I met (people dressed up as) Wallace and Gromit at Glasgow Science Centre .
