What are your favourite chocolate bars? (1 Viewer)

Only Daim bars really.

I was recently eating a Daim bar at work when someone made the passing comment: “oh a Daim bar, I didn’t realise this was the 1980s” and I still don’t know what she meant but her husband recently left her so

Love me some choclit

Cadbury - Wispa and Twirl
M&S chocolate - the individual swiss bar they do is great, ditto the foil wrapped swiss discs that come in a tube, or any of their regular milk stuff
Hotel Chocolat (the milk and cookies slab is amazing, and I will eat all 100g in one go)
Chocolonely (salted caramel, or the one in the pink wrapper with the biscuit chunks)

NO NESTLÉ (unless it's a Kit Kat Chunky Biscoff or the Yorkie Biscuit and Raisin)

I tried the pistachio Lindt recently somewhere. it was okay. as a non pistachio lover I probably am not the audience. high quality festive chocolates in general though, and banned January to November.

Yorkie RAISIN is absolutely LUSH! the regular bar is TOO SMALL though. you need a good 150g of that shit.

Ohhhh, I loved me some dark chocolate Bounty.

Not to sound melodramatic or anything, but my life has become empty and meaningless since they discontinued them.

I also love most Ritter chocolate. And I’m a slut for a peanut M&M.

Had a bag of Maltesers last night at a show and they were incredible. Haven’t had one in years.

I can't do chocolate straight from the fridge. It loses flavour for me and I have to let it come to room temperature before I can enjoy it.

It does cause niggles :FrankieAnxious:though, as Mr L much prefers it straight from the fridge.

Obviously I admire its ethical credentials, but I wish Tony's Chocolonely was better, considering the price. It's just peculiarly kind of tasteless to me.

I know this isn't a chocolate bar, but I must speak my truth. These from Muji are fucking amazing:

They might look like little animal poos, but they're properly melt in the mouth and tasty.

It used to be Lindt Dark Hazelnut but I find that way too sweet now.

Lidl's 70% is amazing and great value for money.
