Yellowjackets

It felt unplanned, like they say they have a 5 season plan well I don’t see it.

The past storyline actually remains somewhat compelling but they clearly don’t know what to do in the present.

I appreciate they made Lottie a more complicated character rather than setting her up as the villain, but maybe she should’ve just been the villain!

I think 5 Seasons of this was a bit ambitious. I hope the pacing picks up on S3.

I have to say Episodes 2-5 were the absolute worst; Callie's storyline was filler and not interesting at all.

:ToneNervous:

I’m not sure how they bounce back from that season now most of the INTRIGUE and MYSTERY is gone and it’s just a season of them EATING EACH OTHER.

I fear it’s doing a Westworld, an incredible first season then it just sort of petered off into irrelevance.

This really went OFF THE BOIL can someone tell me if it’s good before I subscribe to yet ANOTHER streaming service?

The way they fumbled this show after a perfect first season needs to be studied. Basically a handmaidens tale situation, where they had a hugely successful first season and thought ‘right, how do we drag this storyline out into 7 seasons of television’

To the point that the actual actors were begging off-screen for their characters to be killed off :D :disco:

I wonder if the latest main character(s) exit(s) were a choice or a demand…..?

Anyhoo - cliffhanger episode 6 was great and episode 7 was finally delivering the goods. I usually give up on tv things after being scarred by Lost but I’m glad I persevered. I think there’s only one more episode left go for S3 too.
