Morning. Had a rotten sleep and it's the full-team-meeting today and I'm on the verge of telling a few people what I think. I won't because I'm too tired but, y'know.

I am off work, home at my parents’ place - but we had a video project delayed from last week which I’ll probably need to check at some point today and I just CANNOT BE ARSED.

I feel fucking great today for some reason. Hammered the gym, set some 6 month PBs, sun is shining and feeling rather smug about not being tired/ awful from the weekend's excesses.

And I'm off to France in two days

I've just met up with a friend and been for a lovely walk along the beach and round a nature reserve. We stopped for a coffee. Now I'm reading.
My life has improved so much since ditching shitty friends that only want to meet up to get wasted and slag other people off.
