My post party weekend smugness has been shattered by me getting pissed all day yesterday and waking up feeling a bit rough.

I felt oddly fine Sunday and almost PERKY yesterday, but also have come down with a crash. Nasty dream about my brother dying, to the point I checked with my Mum that he hadn't. For context, he has terminal cancer, but isn't close to carking it YET and we don't REALLY get on, but the dream was him saying goodbye and basically saying he was sorry we'd never really been friends (it's (mostly) his doing). All a bit discombobulating.

Still made it to the gym, but wasn't exactly a vintage session, and now it appears to be FUCKING FREEZING again.

NOT THE DAY FOR A FUCKING VAT RETURN.

Yeah I had a load of weird dreams last night, I usually sleep right through but woke up twice.
