Can you meet me halfway, right at the borderline
Is where I'm gonna wait, for you
I'll be looking out, night n' day
Took my heart to the limit, and this is where I stay

:love::love::love:

Love this. The X Factor perf of this was a stand out moment too. It meant this made #1 and overtook Leona I think it was

It was fun for about five minutes, now I’d probably rate it 0-2.

I LOVE this. I loved most of their stuff actually, and wish Fergie would just pack in whatever she is doing and get back with the boys as they are pretty pointless without her, and vice versa her them.

Their best one. Probably the only by them I would actively play. Though many of the others I wouldn't switch off, I also wouldn't seek them out.

I’m not sure whether this is entirely rational but I can’t even bear the mention of their name or a look at their faces, much less listen to a single note of their GHASTLY SONGS

It’s just occurred to me that the very straight-acting will.i.am who conveniently doesn’t have time for a partner has the same real name as that noisy one off Wiwibloggs. Nothing else in common obviously :side-eye:

Not sure what kind of moment that x-factor perf was, a bit LUMPEN. But at least proves beyond reasonable doubt that Fergie was the only thing worth bothering with. I couldn’t even HUM the other two members’ names!

I wish Fergie had had a better solo career post-Dutchess and/or pissed herself onstage again

Completely forgot this was a number one single, 2009 was a behemoth year for them and this was their best.

Interesting fact: they haven't had a UK top 40 hit since 2011!

I figured the same was true for the US but they charted a song called “Ritmo” at #26 apparently since then (I have no recollection of this).

The best thing about this song would be the Cyndi sample, but since it wasn't acknowledged the best thing about the song will just have to be Dannii smiling politely at Cheryl making a move on Fergie by helping out during a shoe-mergency.
