BIG reputation
BIG reputation

blows 1989 away quite frankly. truly THE bulletproof big pop record of her career (and that half of the decade).

Folklore but I've been coming round to MIDNIGHTS recently. I would say Anti-Hero was her best lead single and best all round album launcher.

Folklore is just SPECIAL though. Her best work lyrically and the moment her last remaining critics really sat up and accepted her for the force she is. Yes 1989 is better commercially but Folklore makes me FEEL.

Firmly in the folklore / evermore camp, the latte just edges it. Then 1989 and Rep. TTPD and Red in the next tier.

It’s kind of astonishing that around mid(nights) she went from popstar to stratosphere. Couple of great songs but so many duds and antonoff’s production was tiring.

1) 1989 - undeniable pop classic
2) reputation - underrated and rivals 1989 but look what you made me do is so bad it will likely never compete
3) folklore - the middle section of the album is untouchable, and the whole project was a cultural reset and revival for her but a tad too samey for me overall to be at the top.
4) red
5) midnights
6) tortured poets
7) speak now
8) evermore
9) fearless
10) self titled (tbh not sure I ever listened to it the whole way through)

I’ll never forgive the debut for the lyrical change in Picture To Burn

I don't own the debut. I'm not even sure I would bother with the Taylor's Version, should it ever be released.

1. 1989
2. Folklore
3. LOVER
4. Midnights
5. Red
6. Reputation
7. Evermore
8. Tortured Poets
9. Speak NOW
10. Fearless
11. Taylor Swift

All her albums are hit and miss. I said what I said.

I think I may find Evermore the most consistent. 1989 obviously is her True Blue. She doesn't have a Ray of Light.

THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT and the hoes who don't get it simply lack the vernacular
