I went to the Secret Screening at Cineworld last night and it was this

I left half way through, partly because of how cliché-ridden and tedious it was but mostly because I realised I have a severe aversion to Glen Powell's face and simply couldn't look at it for another hour

There are lots of glowing reports re the film on Twitter, but I promise you it's crap

Well I can't find anyone else who didn't enjoy it anywhere on the internet!

I can't really explain it any more succinctly

But his face is like someone merged Chris Pratt and Brad Pitt using an AI app, and as a result he gives Uncanny Valley

I would happily choke to death on him

But I'm not rushing to see this one.

I have no intention of seeing the film, but agree about his face

Well I thought this was fantastic.

I totally get it about Glen Powell’s face though. It’s weirdly symmetric, with beady eyes and the angle of his smile is odd. But he’s perfectly fine in this role. It would have been better maybe for Tom Cruise 20 years ago though.

Absolutely loved the Americanos/Kardashians pastiche with Debi Mazar doing her best Kris Jenner and using the Holly Johnson classic :D

As a fan of the Hunger Games (and Glen Powell's face, and ass - which I was surprised they still managed to get in to this), I really enjoyed this, a lot more than I expected. More Hollywood than The Long Walk, but in terms of Stephen King adaptations, I did slightly prefer that as it wasn't action-focused and I liked how grim it felt.

The fake Kardashians were definitely a highlight. Also loved getting to play 'spot the London filming location' whilst watching at a cinema in one of them (Wembley).
