I don't think she sounds different at all. If anything I'm surprised that she still sounds as Scouse.

Yes, I can't say she sounds any different to me. I'm sure edges of her accent will have been smoothed over the years depending on where she's lived and her experiences. But I also think our accents can sound different depending who we're with or talking to. Not only that we naturally modify ourselves, but a voice can sound different depending on what else you're hearing.

It was mostly the constant LA via Australia upward inflection I kept noticing. It sounds bizarre to me when paired with a Scouse accent.
