Well annieways I have the rest of the week off, so I had a leisurely morning dog walk followed by a lovely bowl of porridge with frozen berries.
Off out for a run in a bit.
It's nice when I can have breakfast.

Bagels and MUESLI now added

I love breakfast food it's simply The Best (better than all the rest.)

not a breakfast girlie at all but occasionally muesli with vanilla alpro or a blueberry yoghurt. otherwise COFFEE and if I've been a good girl and deserve it, CIGARETTE

Weetabix whilst I’m getting ready if I have time. On a weekend it VARIES.

Breakfast is the most self-important meal of the day.

It's also the most boring. I KNOW i'm an adult and i can have whatever i want, but if it wasn't in my house then it's just the same everywhere across the world. Pastries. Cereal. Eggs. YAWN

Eggs. It's always eggs. I JUST LOVE THEM. Just when I think I'm running out of egg preparation methods, along comes a new one. So versatile!

Normally on top, a bagel.

Even when I wake late and have to travel to a school in a field, there's ALWAYS TIME.

I have bypassed breakfast today however as we are having a CHRISTMAS BUFFET at work :disco:

I wouldn't have agreed but seeing suomi's I'm inclined to.

I don't understand who has the time to do elaborate multi part breakfasts
Trueeee but I have a 90 minute commute so I get up at 5am and then have breakfast between 5:45-6:30.

I don’t really want to as I’m a night person and not a morning person but when you HAVE to you just do

Breakfast bar and a cup of tea when I get to work about 6am then usually some toast when I get home at 9.

My takeaway here is 90 minutes of travel. I commit to a 1 hour limit. Otherwise WHAT IS LIFE?

I stopped eating early because of IF and it's stuck.

Not eating pork killed the joy of a good fry up.

I do like a good BRUNCH though, because eggs.

And I'll be honest I do enjoy a decent hotel buffet breakfast, so I'll make an exception there. I had one in France in the summer where I could freshly squeeze pink grapefruits. Lovely.

Fucks sake, I couldn't stop thinking about sourdough after this thread. NOM.

I usually alternate between sourdough bread with either 4 eggs or 4 chicken sausages and some tomatoes or spinach for HEALTH. If I'm in the office, I would make overnight oats, I found a delicious recipe for a kinder bueno one :disco:

If I'm home in the morning, it'll be two weetabix with oat milk.

If I'm on an early shift at work and having breakfast in the canteen, it's either a veggie fry up, or beans and fried eggs on toast. Maybe an iced coffee to help me through the rest of the work day (this is a recent thing and I don't always like the effect that caffeine can have on me, so it's only if I've started work before 7am).

Freddo espresso and the first packet of Silk Cut 100s
