Multiple meats, multiple cheeses. Dipped into mayonnaise, or, on occasion, a bowl of gravy :disco:

My go-to was always pepperoni, jalapeño and pineapple back in the day 🤤

Trying to stay civil in this thread but some of them bitches are TESTING me :Santos:

Egg? Is that a thing :eyes:

Pineapple, onion (red onion or carmelized ideally), and bacon are my go to.

I also like most veggies if no pineapple.

Egg is traditionally put on a pizza at the end of the cooking. The idea is the pizza is too hot to eat but will have cooled enough by the time the egg is set.

I rarely have the same pizza twice. If there's something I've not seen before on a menu I will try it.

But it's a basic menu then I'll usually go ham and mushroom.

And always with a light drizzle of chilli oil if it's available.

When i get my kitchen redone I'm going to spend a grand on an indoor pizza oven. Sure, a proper outdoor woodburner sounds lovely, but also a massive faff and fuck going outdoors in this weather.

Egg and spinach on pizza
Maybe with aubergine too

= LIFE AFFIRMING

Controversial opinion- I can TAKE OR LEAVE spinach. Mr Sheena loves it in a salad but it annoys me- there's something texturally wrong with it for me. And I LOVE anything green generally.

Its much better IN stuff.

I'm not fussed about it raw. Same with rocket. It's such a DRY salad leaf. I dont know why people love it so much.

Oh I do like rocket, but it's behind watercress and pea shoots in my favourite salad leaves.

Spinach is one of the better veggies because at least it's thin and pairs well with other stuff. The worst veggies I've seen on pizza are the more carby types like broccoli, cauliflower or corn.

Chicago Town do a right dirty takeaway Salami and Hot Honey pizza. It’s a banger.

Pepperoni and a BBQ sauce base goes really well (the saltiness of the pepperoni cuts through with the BBQ sauce) too.

Nduja is class.

Ham and Mushroom for a classic.
