I haven't tried this yet despite having 2 in Manchester. That said, I have THREE woodfired spots within a 250m radius of where I sit. If I strain my neck, I can SEE a Rudys.

I feel the ingredients are fresher in Pizza Express but that might be just be the specific branches I used to frequent (Greenwich back in the day)
 
I went to Pizza Punks once, whilst quite drunk. If you've not been before, the toppings are a) free and b) unlimited.

Naturally i ordered a pizza with every single topping on.

The crossing of blue cheese, figs, pineapple and anchovies was something to behold.
 
I've never had FIGS on a pizza but now ABSOLUTELY MUST :o

The ones in Rome were excellent, but my favourite pizza ever was in Southern France.

That being said there's little better than drunkenly ordering a Tops Pizza at 1am.
 
Can we agree that whatever the Americans eat and the Neapolitan pizza are two separate dishes? Can we SPLIT this thread??
 
Our Tops Pizza is just around the corner and on NICE DAYS we can collect for VERY CHEAP PIZZA

They’re guaranteed to liven up any dish but they’re a must in pasta and some salads particularly in the summer

Ok so at the moment the top 5 Mopsy fave toppings are

1. Cheese mozzarella
2. Cheese other
3. Pepperoni
4. Mushrooms

Mozzarella cheese, ham, mushroom are my usual go to for toppings but I had a tuna and onion pizza from my local the other day and it was HEAVEN SENT.
 
I am a big fan of a HAWAIAIN too. Which is very much love or hate, isn't it? I like some Jalapeños or red chillies on it though.
 
Has anyone, particularly in Scotland had deep fried pizza? bit much for me..
 
So if we're doing dirty takeaways/deliveries, I'd still go the American pizza route with Pizza Hut or Chicago or Detroit style pizza (normally Detroit Pizza for that).

Eating in however - always Italian. Franco Manca is ok (I have a branch literally on my doorstep) but I've always found theirs a bit disappointing - they do amazing tiramisu though.
