The Traitors (UK) S04E06 (1 Viewer)

The lure of the big face off. I guess the new time slot has to be seen as a success.

3.5m for Uncloaked has to be value for money too.

3.5m in the overnights is very good by pretty much any measure other than in comparison to the main show itself. Presumably it will have little catch up appeal though.

This is the first series that I’ve managed to get Mr Doris to watch - he’s never had any interest in it so I’ve always had to watch by myself. This year we just left the tv on on New Years Day cos there was nothing else on. Last night he was clutching my arm and yelling at the tv when the names were being revealed at the round table.

So I think this is a good sign that he’s been converted… :D

My mum previously refused to watch the show as she thought the concept was “nasty”. But she watched and loved the celebrity series and is now hooked. She’s asking all sorts of questions about previous series and wants to binge them all when this one is over!

Mr L doesn't watch anything reality, and the lady is not for turning.

Losing lovely sweet shop Reese and QoL Fiona in one episode is homophobic.

Finally caught up on this. Has anyone on the traitors had a more MISERABLE experience Reece?! That poor boy, might bump him up a few places in the shag rank out of pity. (Finally felt a twinge watching him cry)

It’s a close run thing but I don’t think anyone has quite had the absolute shitter of a time that poor Kas (AKA Doctor Death) from season 3 had.

OK fully caught up now, I can doomscroll without fear.

The last two episodes have been wild.

I haven’t been watching live as I like to binge all 3 at once. Staying away from spoilers is incredibly difficult though.

I have to agree this is probably my favourite series so far and Fiona vs Rachel was nothing short of MAJESTIC.

Am I the only one who much prefers the civilian series to the celebrity one? I am glad from reading the comments that it has lead to more viewers possibly watching the civilian series through being pulled in on the celeb version though. Fabulous work BBC. 👏

I prefer the civilian one because the casting has been PHENOMENAL across four seasons - every year they find the sort of genuinely compelling oddballs Big Brother should have been casting instead of the 'Love Island for people prepared to settle' they've turned it into.

That said, the celebrity one was fascinating in that their pre-conceived notions of who could and couldn't manage being a traitor led to the downfall of the faithfuls. I want to see if they repeat those mistakes in the second series.

The celeb version was fun, but far too nicey nicey. You’d never get a vindictive kamikaze arc like Fiona’s from a bunch of luvvies.

I 100% prefer to binge watch but haven’t done so with the last few series because it’s impossible to avoid spoilers, or at least for me it seems so. Also prefer the civilian series’ as unless a celeb makes a career destroying faux pas there’s just not as much on the line or as much desperation.
