I think the magnesium is starting to kick in. Be gone foul fatigue.

In other news does anyone remember Sheffield in the 1980s?

It was gorgeous

No but I do remember it in the 90s. Especially Meadowhall, and the time my mate got his cap robbed off the top of his head.

I don’t think I’ve been to Meadowhall properly in about four years. Absolute hell on earth on a weekend. I do have the glamorous CRYSTAL PEAKS down the road however :disco:

I can't tell you the last time I went, but I find all of those MEGA MALL type affairs horrific. The Trafford Centre gives me anxiety.

I’ve never had the PLEASURE of stepping foot in Sheffield.

If we have a Sheffield forum I can fill it with tales of sunday afternoon drug abuse. It used to be a right hotbed of pillheads.

I used to visit Sheffield as an under 5 as we lived nearby and was reminded of this today, which really triggered vague childhood memories.

I've only been to Sheffield once, to see Kylie at the City Hall in November 1991 on the Let's Get To It tour :disco:

Thankfully I stayed in Leeds, which I have considerably nicer memories of.

I should have a Kylie Let's Get To It tour mug but I noticed a couple of years ago that I couldn't find it. I'm quite certain that Mr L has broken it but won't confess.

Actually scratch that, it was the Enjoy Yourself tour mug

I'M NOT BITTER EITHER WAY

I went on a 5 day BENDER in Sheffield in 1999 because my friend got the keys to his second year student house before term started so we all crashed there. It was A LOT OF FUN.
