Tuesday focuses on a new city

Today is the start of my "removal of all top teeth" journey. Not looking forward to it at all.

Have to have it done a couple of teeth at a time at the dentist because it's been over a year since my referral to the hospital to have it done in one go and still haven't made it on to the waiting list because it's not an emergency.
 
Aberdeen was a shithole the few times I went there for work, but perked up by it still being light at 10:30pm in summer and the fact you could see lots of dolphins in the sea.
 
I used to rent a storage container just outside nantwich.
 
I don't think I realised Nantwich was a real place* until I was about 30. I thought it was a fictional place like Manchesterford in the world of Victoria Wood.

*still not 100% convinced
 
I always thought it would be fun to buy a sandwich in Nantwich

I have never been to Bristol or Norwich. I really quite like the rest of those UK cities. I would like to visit Bristol but have never had an inkling to go Norwich. Am I missing out?
 
I would like to see Norwich cathedral, but outside of that I have very little knowledge outside of Alan Partridge.

We used to do a roadshow that went around the country to various engineering/ aerospace sites as the company I worked for at the time was trying to sell to them.

Also, one of those trips was the scene of perhaps my worst ever hangover on a plane, when someone I know for some reason I still don't know, decided to spit a pill in my mouth and I decided "FUCK IT" and the next thing I know it was 4am and I had to be at Stansted for 10am. Made the flight with seconds to spare, promptly threw up in the bag in the seat and the lovely air hostess had to come and help me as "I can see you don't like flying"... :disco:

Sandbach and Nantwich deciding to merge and calling themselves Nantbach would seem like an option.

It's nice. It's in the middle of the giant field known as Norfolk, so for a city it's got quite a rural charm.

The catherdral is lovely, one of my favourites.
 
I really liked Aberdeen! But it was nice and sunny when I went and I imagine it's GRIM in winter.
 
I think the dentist went slightly overboard with the local anaesthetic because my cheekbone is still numb and it's been four hours.
 
Been out for a Japanese this afternoon. Had a couple of glasses of wine afterwards. Phil Ellis this evening and work tomorrow.
 
Weve got Phil Ellis tickets but I’m sure there for October or some point in the distant future
