Melodifestivalen 2026: Deltävling Two (Göteborg)

Once again, the age group reveal has zero tension at all.

Loving the shots of the various children in the crowd that REALLY didn't want this to go through :disco:

I don't think I've ever liked any of the oldies Fun 4 Sverige songs that end up in song 12 in the final.

Pleasing results, but I'd still rather A*teens went to Eurovision than Felicia and her off-putting face mask.

Also LOL at the switch from Jacqline's third place being ludicrously over-centred, to poor Robin getting a throwaway comment over the end credits :basil:

The overall package is cool but I CANT GET YOU OUT OF MY SYSTEMMMMMMMMM x 12 is grating

So this getting a lot of praise for being Eurovision ready - would it make a good entry? I have to say, the giant monster Felicia coming in at the end is very THRILLING

I watched this with my friend last night. She's very much a Eurovision amateur. We both absolutely said it's Eurovision ready. Please cancel the rest of Melodifestivalen and last week (sorry A*Teens) and crown her RIGHT NOW.

Can confirm it’s a good song to add to your running playlist :disco:

I have to say I don't know if the age group-based televote will be the kindest thing to My System in the final. She went through on raw votes yesterday, and we did see once they revealed the votes for the remaining four qualifiers just how out of sync the two can end up being.

It's Eurovision ready for sure, but I think we may still have yet to see the winner.

:D!

Oh come on now, it's the new WE WILL RAVE (absolutely high praise, obviously :disco:)
Oh it's MILES better than We Will Rave (again, that's not a dig at WWR in any way). It just feels kind of special and new yet, to the hinged community, it'll just sound like a basic bop; that was the exact start of Euphoria's journey.

At the minute my guess would be that we're not heading for a 90+ point televote winner in the final - which could open things up for Smash Into Pieces, if their entry is as good as Six Feet Under.

I know which one has a GIANTESS :disco:

Tobbe Ek from Aftonbladet said already after the press conference that the rival record labels were claiming Patrik Jean's song to be very strong. It's allegedly in the similar landscape as "The Code" and "Wasted Love" and in the live episode, Tobbe said that the ESC fans will be furious if he doesn't go through.
