but also striking to see that I got 4 numbers from yesterday's Euromillions (it's my dad who plays, I just chose numbers) and won a grand total of £6.90

Just had my first ever Filet o'Fish from maccies, the tartare sauce was nice but it'll also be my last ever Filet o'Fish.

I don't think I've ever had the Fillet O'Fish (the idea is nice but I'd rather make some fish buns at home) and usually get Mayo Chicken on the rare occasions we go through the drive-thru (can't remember the last time). They used to be 99p a few years ago, now it's £1.79? Burgers everywhere seem very overpriced

Don't buy Maccy D's delicious Filet-o-Fish. Make your own. I make Filet-O-Chris.

2 Warburton's thins, (preferable brown,healthier), 6 quality fish fingers, not that minced fish crap or pollock, 4 slices of cheese. Butter the thins, 2 slices of cheese and 3 fish fingers on each and tartare sauce or ketchup if you prefer, generously on top. BINGO and just as good as Maccy's.

Haha the last time I had fish finger sandwiches was probably in highschool about 8-9 years ago.
What I really meant by fish buns are some Sri-Lankan savoury filled pastries that I have every once in a while.

I'm a big fan of fish finger butties so I thought I'd love it but the fish isn't my idea of "real" fish. Luckily I also bought myself two hamburgers with extra everything for 'ron.

The only time I had a Fillet O Fish was when I worked at McDonalds and it got me sacked.

Either, it depends how I feel in the moment. I'll probably reheat the burgers because they tend to taste a bit like beef dripping when they're cold, but leave the buns cold because they go hard when microwaved. Sad that I still know what beef dripping tastes like, it must be fifty years since I tasted it when my gran was making "dip butties" for my grandad.
