Don’t you pay yourselves minimum wage? I mean, I’ve wondered here previously how you get away with your holidays…I’m not sure whacking them all on a credit card is the best idea here.

Amex offers both credit and charge cards. Amex platinum and gold are charge, but others are not, and that differs by territory too. (Gold is a credit card in the UK)

I have an Amex credit card, because you still get some nice benefits without having to pay stupid fees.

I have very low outgoings, and also my mum and step dad have been quite generous in the last few years 👀

But I save £150 a month usually as well.
 
Let's not forget, my monthly outgoings, mortgage, bills, food, total £550 a month. That's it. I have zero other outgoings apart from my phone which the shop pays for.

So I always should have £650-800 spare a month. I mean I never do have because I waste it.

Don't listen to these sensible people Rachey Baby, max out the plastic, get in crippiling debt. Burn down the fudge palace for the insurance money. Fake Mandy's death. Like is an adventure, let Capital One pay for it. xo

I have Amex Gold, but it's not a credit card. Definitely a charge card. So they must do both.

I mean it's not surprising they have credit cards as well. Which bank doesn't? They must be very profitable.

It becomes part of the estate, so you can choose to refuse to inherit it and leave it to debtors and the council to deal with.

But what I was more meaning is that there is no incentive for me to accrue wealth to pass on to anyone.

Well the cash would also be part of the estate surely? I don't think it is any different to England? (Wills are close to worthless in Scotland however)

Sorry, I'm confused- I thought you meant you could choose to refuse the debt but still take the cash. Which you can't in England...
