Got an infection where I had the extractions last week, got antibiotics. The massive lump didn't hurt until the dentist poked and prodded it, he kept saying "does this hurt?" and the more he did it the more painful it got, now it's aching.

Reckon you have to be a sadist to be a dentist.

It was a serious question! I once had to replace an alloy wheel because it was misshapen from bumping up a particular kerb on a daily basis, until that day I had no idea that alloys could be damaged that way.

It’s fine the other week I had a flat tyre and didn’t realise there wasn’t a DUST CAP on.
