Taylor's worse song?

For me it's tell me why, a song on fearless. It's just a mess and NOISE. I've also never been fond of you're not sorry, another song on fearless.

That original version of 'ME!' is hard to beat. It's not fair to pick on the early yee-haw cousin-humping country bumpkin material so, yeah, that one. 'Wood' is awful as well.

Love Story

Cloying, overplayed, diabetes-inducing, revolting, gave birth to a monster etc.

Actually Romantic.

Sonically it isn't completely awful, it's 3/10 territory, but her completely missing the point and indulgeing in her worst qualities of punching down means it is the absolute nadir of her career (so far at least).

definitely ME! but a few on the last one run it close

I find Betty so twee. London Boy is cringe.

And then there's anything with Ed Sheeran.

I'm sure there's more from her earlier stuff but I just don't know the first two albums well enough to pick anything out.

I've never really understood the me! hate. I mean it's not one of her best songs, but is it really that bad?

I think 'Me!' is a fair point, but she followed it up with something even worse in 'You Need to Calm Down'.

Picture to Burn, Should’ve Said No, Look What You Made Me Do, ME!, come to mind of the singles. I’m sure there are others

Worse than a Taylor song:

Lulu
Reform voters
Ryanair
People who park on a T junction
Bitcoin influencers
Andrew Tate's chin
Coventry

But that's all.

I think we’re all forgetting just how annoying I Knew You Were Trouble is

Look What You Made Me Do -full on cringe; cosplaying Regina George why?
Shake It Off - boy Do I have strong opinions on this one. for me, it belongs in the same overplayed, headache-inducing category as “Happy,” “Uptown Funk,” and “Blurred Lines”arguably some of the most grating tracks ever recorded. It’s become the obligatory song DJs force into every wedding, bachelorette, and hen party set, and since Taylor doesn’t have a huge pool of true party anthems, the constant repetition has completely worn it out for me.
At this point, I almost wish she’d retire it for good but let’s be honest, that’s never happening.
End Game - it would have been fine without *D Sh**ran

Objection

Whilst inarguably abhorrent, I have found it possible to live life without entering or being entered by Coventry.

Taylor Swift songs however are routinely forced into everybody's lives without consent.

Therefore, as unbelievable as it may be, I have to argue that Taylor Swift is in fact more evil than Coventry.

It would be incredibly easy to avoid any Taylor if it weren't for the HUNDREDS of gays on my Instagram that keep using Ophelia as background music for their stories of them at the gym or getting a matcha

nobody knows this but You Need to CALM Down is actually quite good.

say it in the STREEEEET that's a knockout
but you say it in a TWEEEET that's a cop out

poet!!!

Her voice was a bit nails on a chalkboard for me until Red although the songs definitely improved after the debut.

That's another gripe I have, I really like her debut! But then again I do like country / country / pop.
