'The Drowning' wasn't bad to begin with but then had a stupid ending like most channel 5 dramas. I'd welcome her back to EastEnders, Phil is still there so it could work. But maybe she has never been asked back. (She also had a small part on Corrie back in the day)

Quite interesting! And Sally Lindsay's character's rather scary I haven't watched a Jill Halfpenny drama since The Drowning in 2021 she slips into her Geordie accent more here but the acting seems rather good on the whole; the rushing between scenes/characters a bit less so at times.

Christ, I guess they've left it open for a season 2 for whenever they can all do it. I'd give it a 7 with some worthwhile peaks thanks to Lindsay being an absolute menace.

Also of Lucy Logan's (sort of) allies, I most align with Mel. Not hating her after that revelation, but a long pause on doing business stuff with her; just look after yourself and keep a low profile.

Haha I watched that episode (forgot the show's name) at some point in the past 2-3 years.
They were somewhere in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and getting the interior of an apartment done. ️
