Harry Styles "Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally" new album March 6th (1 Viewer)

HITS projects a US debut aiming for 400k:

Harry Styles’ ‘Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally’ is aiming for the biggest U.S. debut for an album this year (so far).

360-400K units (250K+ pure) first week based on early forecasts.

520k (330k pure) for Harry's House, so a substantial step down especially from streaming points

Forgot how well Harry’s House did. I am sure that is mostly attributable to the lack of As It Was size lead hit. I imagine many of the extra streams last time around came from that.

Anyway, here’s my rate:

06 Aperture
08 American Girls
05 Ready Set Go
05 Are You Listening Yet?
07 Taste Back
06 The Waiting Game
06 Season 2 Weight Loss
10 Coming Up Roses - the strings make me melt :disco:
06 Pop
07 Dance No More
06 Paint By Numbers
09 Carla’s Song

American Girls debuts #4 in the US and Aperture returns to the top ten. I’m hoping AG can stick it’s really growing on me.

The song that has unexpectedly jumped out at me is The Waiting Game. Lovely little melody on that one. Will be going back to it.

The Waiting Game was my initial favourite and easily the best downtempo on the album.

American Girls has grown on me too. Dance No More is not the song he seems to think it is.

I've never listened to a Harry Styles album before but I'm enjoying this one so fuck all of you stupid bitches.

Am I in over my head?
This could go anywhere
I do it and do it again
It's meant to be @POP!

I don't know how it'll end
This could go anywhere
I pull and I pull at the thread
It's making me @POP!

I wanted to behave
But I know I'll do it again
I know I'll do it again, it's making me @POP!

:disco:

I’m guessing there will be a pretty speedy follow up to this album now he’s realised nobody thinks he’s David Bowie - who will the collabs be with? How’s he going to get his hits back?

No standout hits but I do think it's a really good album. Probably my most played of 2026 so far.

crazy to think this came out two months ago and sank without a trace

Thought - could they do a deluxe edition with a few new tracks to release as singles - maybe some covers? I’m thinking Theme tune from Moonlighting? David Essex’s Tahiti? Starting Together by Su Pollard?

It's still number 10 in the album charts tbf. Not exactly Superbloom

They'll have definitely been hoping for bigger though. I wonder if the forthcoming Wembley shows will boost it much

Me and my girl (Nightclubbing) please

Looking on Ticketmaster, there are quite a lot of tickets left for these :o
Thanks for this. Just got good seats for June. Love the album. It seems to be staying afloat fine in the UK, just not the behemoth the last album was.

if I say it's a BOMB then it's a BOMB! and that applies to potential security threats at airports and mediocre albums by male artists.

His catfights and floplights moment.

It’s performed ok but unlike the first 3 albums, it has sunk without a trace in terms of cultural impact.
