Can someone let me know if Fery is wearing the same attire as the other day, and I might turn over
 
Rybakina a set and a break down... I've been feeling she might crash out early but I thought Iga would find a way past Eala. let's see what she's made of now that she's broken back at 4-5.

I’m watching Eala/Swiatek. It feels like could really go either way.

He looked completely out of sorts in the first set. Plus Khachanov so y'know.
 
There’s something about Eala’s game that gets into Iga’s head. Their head to head is 1-1 and Iga’s only win was on clay in 3 sets. Not a Swiatek fan but the draw would be better with her still in overall.
 
What a ride that tie-break was!

Hopefully Eala has the match from here. Swiatek defending the title is not an outcome I have any interest in.
 
Anyone know where Rybakina is being holed up because that was not her out on court today!
 
Swiatek won't retain the title anyway BUT I'd rather she stays in for a while yet. I also really like her personality to be honest, and have started to enjoy watching her play more. the vulnerability/jeopardy has been good for her entertainment factor!
 
Cobolli playing much better now but the drunk fans singing between serves is VERY annoying and the umpire needs to be more firm in shutting them the fuck up.

the draw throwing up this match in the 3rd round is so cruel. a nightmare for Berrettini. my previously stated delusion that he could win it all will be transferred to lovely Grigor (who's never made a slam final even) shortly. :disco:

cue earlier when instead of switching from Fery to this match, with set two about to begin, they spent TWENTY MINUTES with BJK. sometimes BBC just make the wildest choices.

why also is poor Jamie Murray stuck in a fucking AIRLESS ROOM? let the man see sunlight! they have access to the same stats outside!
 
It was such a convincing first two sets. He really didn’t like the break to close the roof, but Berrettini only really started properly playing from the third. He barely looked to be trying at the start.
