There wasn't an announcement as such - people noticed the @grl IG account was active as it had reduced the amount of people it was following.

Then the group supposedly showed up on some agent's roster online. Could be out of date.

Robin posted a story recently with Emmalyn and Paula in London which seemed to suggest things were ramping up - now we know it was more than likely for other reasons.
