I've not gone back to Confessions I much at all, but have been more focused on:
  • Hollywood, Intervention and X-Static Process from American Life (inspired by L.E.S. Girl)
  • Fever, Where Life Begins, Bad Girl, Rain and Secret Garden from Erotica (inspired by My Sins are My Savior and Betrayal)
  • Heartbeat, She's Not Me and Beat Goes On from Hard Candy (inspired by Read My Lips)
  • Till Death Do U Part from Like a Prayer (inspired by Bizarre)
  • Ray of Light, Candy Perfume Girl, Skin, Sky Fits Heaven, To Have and Not To Hold from Ray of Light (inspired by Fragile)
  • White Heat from True Blue (no idea except because it's a bop)

The entire Music album (I've decided this is my fave now)
American Life
Madame X (especially Killers Who Are Partying and Extreme Occident)

EVERYBODY GET UP AND DANCE :)

It's made me go back mostly to the Ray of Light and Madonna/First Album eras to be honest.

I had a huge Erotica era quite recently so I've sort of left it at bay for now but I know soon enough I'll be ripping my pelvic floor out (again) to "Goodbye To Innocence" and others of its ILK

nothing. I was on a huge Erotica/Bedtime Stories/Music fix coming into this but right now I'm mostly just focused on CII. there are only so many HOURS in the DAY

Actually I've been going back to Ciao Bella a lot from Madame X. I think the spoken word effects lead us directly into Confessions II and there's a bit where she goes "I feel PUSSSHHHHHED" which sounds like some of the effects in the background of I Feel So Free.

Been SO LONELY I can't TAKE ANYMORE
(PUSSHHHHHHHED
from Ciao Bella)
Give me CHAMPAGNE so I can get on the FLOOR
Tonight!
Oh baby let's do it RIGHT

I'm not making it up, right?

Impressive Instant
Future Lovers (because of I Feel So Free)
Deeper and Deeper assorted mixes (because of Danceteria)
Rebel Heart demos like Borrowed Time, Devil Pray and its 200 demos, Addicted (Because of Bizarre)

I've been revisiting the Ray of Light and Madame X albums. The latter being much better than I remember.

I did try MDNA but I just can't sit through that.

Drowned World

Not because it's sonically alike to the newbies, but the daughter duet sent me back

Teenage Shoat thought it was the most boring of the RoL singles, but now I'd say it is in her all-time top 3. She's never made anything that sounded more beautiful.
