Saturday runs over Debi Mazar

Saw Self Esteem at Cardiff Castle last night, and am staying in a very lovely hotel which has air conditioning. Ramped it up as high as it would go overnight so I'd get as cold as possible so I could cocoon myself fully in the bed. Absolute bliss :disco:

Now having breakfast and deciding if I can justify another hundred quid on the spa and a massage :D

Excitedly bought a powerball ticket then looked up the odds.

In wholly simplistic terms, your odds of winning are 50-50. Either you will win or you won't. Unlike gambling that's dependent on a particular horse winning or how many goals a football team will score, where you can look back on statistics and make better informed bets, there's nothing you can do to better your odds of winning the lottery.

I woke up from a FUZZY DREAM this morning - Madonna and her boyfriend Akeem were in it. I don't remember the context but he was saying he still needs to take today's PREP and everyone including Madonna found it very funny.

I'm actually so gooped to learn that i have a fifty fifty shot at winning the lottery that I've just bought five tickets. thanks floppet love.

You have to be a certain level of gay to know the name of Madonna's latest boywife, and I'm glad to now be at that level.

I based a minor character in my novel on him :D oh I'm just in SO DEEP.

Forty years ago this was the case for knowing who Debi Mazar was.

I suppose little has changed.

Hang on - the powerball is paid out over 30 years?! Bitch we don’t have that long left!

Went in the back garden earlier with the intention of starting up the new mower and saw that the gutter was split and had come apart, and the rest was hanging off precariously. It would appear that one of the sycamore branches has got caught behind one part and then wind has made it thrash about and pull the guttering off. So I spent most of the afternoon up a ladder doing what may or may not be an ingenious repair using bubblewrap, wire and rope until I can get my roofer round to replace it. We will only find out if it's ingenious when it rains though.
