Friday finds HOT HONEY in his/her/their soup

I buy protein cottage cheese and protein yoghurts :shy: but I am PERIMENOPAUSAL and need it!

I do love a good protein yoghurt, particularly the Arla ones :disco:

Does it have more protein than the yoghurts not marked as high protein?

Regular Skyr has approx 11g protein per 100g. Arlo protein yoghurt has 10g.

I read somewhere that regular yoghurt has roughly 6 grams of protein, and it would need to have somewhere between 12-15 grams to be labeled HIGH protein.
Not sure what the law in the UK re labelling it as 'high' protein is, but there's a definite con as just labelling foods which always were high in protein naturally as a 'protein' food to justify marking it up to clueless shoppers.

Chobani (I’m not sure if it’s sold under a different name in the UK) came under fire over these allegations. Essentially, the serving size listed on the nutrition label didn’t match the actual serving size of the product, meaning you would have to eat two yoghurts to get the advertised amount of protein. Shorlty after, a new presentation was introduced claiming it has 24g of protein :square:

I just can't with the texture of most protein puddings and with the artificial sweeteners. I find them too sickly sweet and yet they don't satisfy my sweet tooth the same way sugar does.

Theatre interval now at The Old Vic. They’re filming the performance tonight for How The Other Half Loves. Despite them announcing for everyone to turn their phones off. OF COURSE they didn’t and alerts were going off everywhere :D

I can hear TOM with the windows closed. I don't think he's going to do DELILAH :(

Well we've got GLADYS KNIGHT apparently;
