It has been much cooler this past weekend weather wise.

Didn't ramble, went to Dedham, which is a chocolate box small town on the Suffolk border. I even picked up a disco vinyl at the craft fair.

Also rowed a boat down a river. Fun!

I done the braise. It actually mostly tastes of braise - which given its got butter, white wine, chickenstock, thyme, mustard and cream and lemon in it should perhaps not be a shocker - come on Mr Leek - you can push through with your flavour profile - you can do it!
