No g think ch grovyyy kool think round same time@Santaliger007 hates me yes? that's why you always make a thread when I do? ARE WE ENEMIES????
How can your cat get evicted from a house you own? We've got someone coming to view our flat Saturday. She has an indoor cat. So will probably love Edgar.
My concern is we didn't technically get permission for Edgar. So now I'm convinced if she puts an offer in, Edgar will get found out and evicted.
My exact question hahaHow can your cat get evicted from a house you own?
but last weekend's match was in Salford (I was in Athens) and this weekend's match is in Cardiff (I'm nowhere, but I'm also not going to Cardiff!).Because I'm in a flat. And although I own the flat, I don't own the building. Apparently there's rulesHow can your cat get evicted from a house you own?
Check the new housing legislation that passed in the past year, I reckon this is illegal now in E&WBecause I'm in a flat. And although I own the flat, I don't own the building. Apparently there's rules![]()

I mean, when we moved in 14 years ago we got permission to have our 2 cats. Not if I owned it BUT I guess if it’s a rule there isn’t much you can do but keep the cat out of the window haha
That's kind of how I see it as well. Although I wouldn't get a noisy dog because that may piss people off.I kind of see it the same as I see HOAs. If I’m in ownership, I’m not going to let others decide what I can and cannot do in my own home.
I think you should be fine. It’s the content of the lease that matters and that clearly allows pets with agreement. You could argue that they would have to actively withdraw their consent and that it isn’t reasonable for them to do that with a pet you already have.I mean, when we moved in 14 years ago we got permission to have our 2 cats.
So I just assumed the permission still stood with Edgar. The freeholder has changed but it's still the same company
