Good to see Elena back up the number 1 ranking yesterday with slam number 3. Seems not many thought this is how her year would pan out looking back at page 1 of this thread.

I watched Carlos yesterday. He played well. Though beyond that I can’t take this event too seriously.
 
What's even more annoying is that this fucker has only 2 wins against top 10 players (Fritz and Shelton) en route to his SF, W, F and W performance in grand slams this season :manson:

Svitolina v Zheng tomorrow morning sounds like a banger. Zheng has continued her US Open form and is playing like somebody who wants to be top 10 again. Elina is a couple of wins away from qualifying for the year end finals. :disco:

I got Centre on the first day the very first time I won in the ballot.

Saw 20 minutes all day due to rain (pre -roof)
 
Did not see Sonay Kartal coming back from injury with the form to beat Bencic, Paolini and now Svitolina in the same tournament... Penko awaits in the Wuhan semis. Great work!
