I do feel the wind is turning against an establishment centre right Democrat. A Kamala 2.0 run will surely bomb, I feel it’s Ossoff vs AOC with the hot white man obviously winning the nomination, and presumably the presidency if Trump doesn’t somehow let himself run for a third term or do a fascist takeover (90% probability).

JO (lol) seems like a dream candidate right now but I wonder how much of it is literally just down to him being hot and sensible. the whole Democratic Party needs to be behind not just a candidate they think will win but united behind a vision/project and able to communicate what they actually stand for. it's a pretty big ask. I would still back any Republican at this point as long as they don't choose a total dead rubber.
