There are two sequels. One is filming already, the other one is in hold until the performance of the first ones is in.

I don’t think an ending as ever made me more excited for a sequel.

The ending saved it for me Now I HAVE to see the sequel!

I thought this was brilliant for 50 mins or so, but then it just slid into shit and I was actively willing it to end.

Loved Jodie Comer, but I thought the mum stuff didn't work and the whiplash speed of "you have cancer / we'll kill you now / and boil your flesh off to add you to the skullmas tree" all while her kid was there felt misjudged and just VERY WEIRD.

And from the talk on here and in real life I was expecting some amazing twist at the end, only to get Jack O'Connell and some extras turn up dressed as Jimmy Saville. OK...?

I enjoyed Ralph Fiennes' character, thought the kid was a good lead in the sense I didn't hate him, and I really liked the island set up. It's a shame we din't get more of that here, so fingers crossed the sequels will give us that. Oh and I was positively gaping for Aaron Taylor-Johnson whenever he appeared on screen. The northern accent made him even hotter.

As an aside, lol at how this picture dropped last year and everyone just thought it was Cillian Murphy
