To be completely honest I can barely stand my own song.

I chose something accessable by an act I like thinking Moopy would love it.

but I AM a little baffled (allegedly) why my entry got so much vitriol, I was expecting it to just be ignored as a generic banger by people who don’t like bangers. just wasn’t expecting it to be so toxic that not only my subjective taste in music would be condemned, but also anyone who said anything nice about it.

J-Pop is widely known for being quite jarring to people who aren't very familiar with it and I think most of moopy would fit into that category. I know I would. It's not meant to be a personal criticism of you and I'm sorry that it felt that way.
