A Tuesday Within a Tuesday

Weird work week for me but I'm off today. Feeling oddly obliged to leave the house. Ugh.

I’m doing starjumps Bershan style chanting ‘I deserve success and success flows through me’ as I attempt to find a job today.

EURGH.

Bin day. Since the local Co-op have started taking soft plastic, our waste is next to nothing. We've about half filled a carrier bag over the last fortnight.

Today was a BIT more of a struggle to do what I wanted, I’m in deepest darkest Fukushima (yeah the nuclear explodey one). 4 hour train ride to get here, followed by an hour wait because I missed the train, then a rather pricey taxi to a nice olde fashionedy rural historical village for about an hour, then an hour or so back.

the third leg (:ken:) has been a BIT pricey, but it’s done

Time must have been kind to him. I doubt if any of the people I had sex with 10 years ago would recognize me now.
On a second note, I haven't had any sex in the past 10 years with someone other than my bf, but he has seen me age so he doesn't count.

Ordering stuff off the dark web is both laborious and thrilling.

I didn't spot the ANTIQUE washing machine last time either!

Not to mention that charming marble effect on the bathroom ceiling

I'm so used to net curtains from my childhood I never even notice them
Oh I'm used to them from my childhood as well which is exactly WHY I notice them

Also, how can anyone not clock these lovelies? :disco:

Someone request a viewing and report back on whether it's even WORSE than it looks

Is it a bad angle or the most claustrophobia causing bathroom?

Well there is A LOT GOING ON there. The 1950s washer, the cupboard doors RIPPED off their hinges, the mouldy water stains on the lino...

Not even just the bathroom ceilings. One of the bedroom ceilings has the look of there being a neglected corpse on the floor of the flat above.
