I was actually seriously thinking midnight on Thursday/Friday 
But yeah Friday evening more sensible. Before Ag's dance rate/Kalavision, whichever of those ends up happening. I don't know how long the album is but as it's 11 tracks I'm thinking around the 45 minute mark.

I’m ASHAMED to say that I checked out after Under Rug Swept, even though I remember really enjoying it. I just sort of forgot about Alanis in a way. Are the subsequent abums worth listening to? (I’ve pre-ordered the new album on CD by the way!)

Just finished the first listen. Really enjoyed it a lot, although the second half seems a bit weaker. I've not really paid attention to her in years, but she's sounding so strong. I think I'd have preferred a few more "punchy" songs. It's maybe a little too polite, piano-based and with some slightly dated production, but some absolutely fantastic songs! "Smiling" is so, so good in particular! Sounds like classic Alanis, especially the verses. So great to have her back. She's so unique!
