Album Sync Listens - any interest?

So this is another idea that's been flying about, popularised by Tim Burgess on Twitter.

Basically, we choose an album and a time. Cometh that time, we all hit play at the same time and comment on the album as we go along.

If there's enough interest, we could do it here - twitter is largely concentrating on alt/indie rock and Moopy has a much wider constituency than that.

So, say we wanted to do one for Madonaa - we could go with absolute bangers everyone loves (e.g. Ray Of Light or Like A Prayer), an earlier album people are less familiar with (e.g. the s/t debut) or choose one seen as a bit more divisive (e.g. "I'm Breathless" or "American Life").

If you're interested, please reply here, suggest an album or two and we'll take it from there.

We're conscious that Moopy has an international membership and we'll look at making the times work with that as best we can.
