I'm in Manchester, the tickets cost enough without having to pay for a hotel also. Probably didn't help that I refused to go alone and bought my mates ticket as they can't afford it.

Bless him. Shame about the lack of anti-scalping measures in the UK but the super short notice and total lack of publicity is exactly how this should be done - she's played an absolute blinder here which I will love her for forever more.

Ok, I got ONE in the end. There is no one remotely interested in going to this so it's the first gig I'll be going to on my todd.

How much did we all pay for delivery?

The people in question have literally just rung me about something different and are upset about not going. I'm SO pleased I did it!

It seems EVERYONE who wanted one got a ticket- facebook says the same. Clearly it wasn't as popular as we THOUGHT
 
She's got to do a DVD, right? If we got one for Money Can't Buy then we MUST.

I've been watching her perform Mighty Rivers on YouTube. Just fucking LOVELY :disco: She's such a wonderful woman.
 
I hope she changes the setlist SLIGHTLY. I just really want a SURPRISE- preferably "Made of Glass" or "Lose Control", or ESPECIALLY "Love Takes Over Me"...
 
You know, I wouldn't be surprised to see those prices for tickets on ebay drastically cut as the date approaches. With such short notice, surely there's not going to be a great deal of interest from casual fans. I will laugh if they have to sell them for less than face value.

I would be tempted to go for a second concert too if I hadn't bought the others tickets. I'll stick with just the one...

I've the link to some album that was uploaded in a blog, I haven't listened to it so I cannot tell if it was put together bye the webmaster or if it's official. It just states "Anti Tour Original Studio Recordings"
 
I bought the ticket for london ...bout the plane one for almost 250 pounds ...she is goin to ruin me one day!

Oh I wanted to go, I just resent having to fork out that much for a ticket.

Seriously (before you all shout at me for being negative again) but honestly don't we think £79 is a bit steep for the type of gig that it is? It's not exactly a thank-you to fans, more like a slap in the face to be frank. £50 would be much more acceptable.

I'm probably a bit out of touch, but the more popular 80s touring acts charge £40+ for playing small venues here. So I didn't think Kylie charging double that for a slightly bigger venue, with London prices seemed THAT bad. Not cheap, but certainly not extortionate.

I wonder how much she charged for Intimate And Live in '98?
 
I went to Intimate & Live at the Empire but can't remember how much I paid for the ticket.

On a Night like This, also at the Apollo, was dirt cheap though.
 
Did she do On A Night Like this at the Apollo? I'd have assumed it was somewhere a lot bigger. Mind you, I saw it at Cardiff which I think is the smallest of the 'arenas'. Well either there or Bournemouth, I guess.

Fever wasn't that expensive either, if I recall correctly. It was Showgirl where she started upping the prices a bit.

Intimate & Live was probably about £25.

Yes, that's pretty much as I remember it.

Mind you, I think she was pretty much undercharging (compared to what she COULD get) until then.
 
I always loved that she was 'undercharging' though. It felt very honest.

I don't mind paying more for Anti Tour actually... it certainly deters the more casual fans from going.
 
I remember the Intimate & Live gig coinciding with news of her being 'dropped' from deConstruction. The prices seem more tragic in hindsight.
 
I have an Intimate & Live programme which I really should flog on ebay. It's probably the one programme from all her tours which has actually increased in value.

The atmosphere at OANLT at the Hammersmith Apollo was electric and better than any other Kylie show I have attended, so hopefully that should bode well for this one.

I have one of those too. Does it go for decent money? I've not looked at it since about 2000 so would be more than happy to sell.

Yes, it was amazing there every night. The atmosphere at Money Can't Buy was shit though, so it really depends on the show rather than the venue.
