I don't remember very much, especially how it ended, but I was hoping to get away with reading the Wikipedia summary of the first season.

Watched a couple of episodes of Criminal Record and I am already quite invested in Peter Capaldi vs Cush Jumbo.
 
I remember the last episode of Severance being amazing, and it was mostly to do with
the girl crashing that event
, but I’d like to watch it again to remind myself of the significance of it.

I'm really enjoying the content on Apple TV. But it's riddled with faults.
 
I only don’t like the interface to find things. But most streaming services are like that - forcing what they want on you for the homepage, and no discernible logic to why things you actually might be interested in are hidden away unless you actively search for them.
 
We've just taken out a free 3 month trial. Not sure what the issue is but every episode of every show freezes a handful of times in the first few minutes, then seems to correct itself. Very frustrating.

Mr L is very much enjoying Ted Lasso, but I'm not bothering with it. We are both watching Slow Horses though, and loving it. Think we'll go in for Bad Sisters next.

Please please try Trying. I don’t know why it’s not got the same prestige as the others. It’s such an easy and lovely watch, almost equal to Ted Lasso.

I cancelled Netflix around 18 months ago, fully thinking that I'd probably have around 6 months off, then resubscribe for a few months to blitz it. But we never have. Other than the last seasons of Sex Education and Bridgerton, I don't think there has been anything I've really wanted to watch. And there has always been something else somewhere else for me to not feel like I need to resubscribe. I genuinely think that the only thing I really feel like I'm missing out on is the possibility of being able to watch an episode or three of Kath And Kim whenever I feel like it.
 
Still images of him do nothing for me, but he really gets the flaps fluttering on film for some reason.

I totally get that. I don't really buy the concept of a 'type', but if I have one, he isn't it. But by buggery in motion he makes my nethers twitch and itch.

Is it wrong that I’m intrigued to watch a TV show because I want to see how much a random bloke I don’t know is going to flutter my flaps?
 
I'm not sure if the fluttering effect is partly because he is a bit of a fuck up, or at least everyone thinks he is a fuck up.

Flaps aside, Slow Horses is wonderful tv anyway... the Gary Oldman vs Kristen Scott Thomas face offs for starters.
 
So I watched some River Cartwright scenes on YouTube to see what all the fluttering was about and I can confirm... I get it. He has positively BRIMMING with understated charisma and he's a great actor to boot.

Also a special standing ovation for the accent as he nails that English accent and would never have known he was Scottish if not for a follow up clip from Graham Norton.
 
Speaking of Apple TV fluttering, Leo Woodall and his lips are co-starring in a new show Prime Target, which doesn't appear to be life changing but I can't NOT look at his face



I unfortunately can't see any reason why he would get this kit off in this one but a boy can dream.

The premise of this one doesn't especially grab me either.

However I am sure you will be pleased to know there is apparently a lingering Woodall rear shot at some point, according to a podcast I heard this week.
 
Not sure if this is the POINT of Disclaimer as I’m only 4 eps in but the men are all VILIFYING and DESTROYING her for what is only a slight mis-step? She fucks a kid and he tragically dies but I really don’t buy it’s her fault? Really hoping it wraps up declaring this to be the point, because all the men are coming across as TRASH!
