London singer songwriter who won the Mercury and AOTY at the BRITs for her debut album in 2021, and then had a very quiet second album.

now BACK with a new record out April 3rd - both singles are really great

a sultry synth-pop bop in 2SIDED

and a moody, melancholy breakbeat track Heaven, out today - just when you think this might reach a big chorus it goes the other way, I really like it on first play

from nothing one of the year's most anticipated albums for me. I was never that interested in her until now...

Loved the first album... completely forgot there was even a second album.... but these 2 tracks have piqued my interest again.

Blades from the last album had a lovely light early eighties electrofunkiness about it:

I absolutely love 2SIDED and Heaven is working its way up there too. I am here for her dance and desire album.

I liked the last album but didn't love it as much as its predecessor. Well up for this tho'.

I need more time with it but good album on first play! Luck of Life stood out.

I'm really enjoying it. Occasionally she is still a little too restrained - Jetta just switches things up and sounds like it is heading in another direction, then stops abruptly.

Spotify seems determined to push this album on me, and I'm not mad about it at all. I get the 'a little too restrained' comment, but it suits a certain mood very well.

^ Yes, I was expecting something different based on the pre release blurb too. It’s pleasant and enjoyable enough but it just doesn’t keep my attention at the moment when I play it.
