In one of her talking heads, she was talking about how much she needed to make sure Latrice was safe. It's like, worry about yourself, henny!

In fairness, it would fit the narrative perfectly to have that. And it would be quite exciting. As long as Manila actually wins...
 
Latrice has no business being in the final based on her showing so far. Not even if she stepped her pussy up in the next few episodes.

Was I confused during the critiques? Why was Michelle coming for Valentina?

I guess we’d had an episode of being told Val was in a delusional fantasy, so was I supposed to think that was still true and that Michelle was right?

Because doing a sort of reference to her snatch game character without being the same (the winner rather than the loser). They even showed a brief clip showing there was no crown before! Was Michelle agreed to be mistaken, or was she being sarcastic?

Anyway it lent itself nicely to her exit with the crown

Pretty sure Michelle was doing her vile sarcastic face (wasn’t there even a rattlesnake noise in the background?). Anyway, coming for Valentina’s look based on a SNATCH game performance in a DIFFERENT season was stupid.
 
It was weird. And when Valentina was proving her wrong with FACTS, she had a "Yeah but I'm still right" face on. VILE HAG (I wouldn't not want her there though)

Btw I probably said this before, but the RuDemption Runway should be on every All Stars
 
I think the tide turned with me and she after her chat with Adore during AS2 when she was wearing fucking sunglasses for the duration. It wasn’t even SUNNY!

We've all seen that it just depends on the episode. Finalists aren't judged on the whole season at all...
 
Having said that, unless Latrice pulls it out of the bag, then yes, I'd agree I'd be disappointed...
 
Santino is repulsive. He reminds me of a young Norman Tebbit.
 
Much as Latrice has had a slow start, I genuinely don't think she's been that much more underwhelming than Trixie was on AllStars 3. In fact their arcs line up fairly well...

Talent show - Both solid but unremarkable.
Group lip sync episode - Same
Improv challenge: Both distracted by another contestant and drop the ball
Acting challenge: Latrice underwhelms and goes home, Trixie totally bombs but stays
Lip sync/comeback episode: Not really an obvious point of comparison. Trixie did well on the girl group episode, but she wasn't really a featured player given she hadn't been sent home previously/wasn't Bendelacreme.
Redemption episode: Both do well and are named top, both possibly undeservedly but because the narrative at that point demands it. Latrice wins her lip sync, Trixie loses.

Manila will be in the final. It’s a case of who will be against her at this point.

Oh and Latrice was lucky that Trinity’s lipsync was such a car crash.
 
Surely the producers are aware that there was general disappointment with the result of AS3 and that contributed to a devaluing of the brand?
 
Of course the final wouldn't be the same as AS3.

It's even been referred to in the show.
 
Manila has performed the best on the show by far. If she doesn't win, I'll be pretty pissed. It lines up with their love for narratives; having a POC, oldie, well-loved queen teaching the new ones a thing or two.

I'm not here for anything less tbh. I get that Trinity would be worthy, but in the challenges, she's nowhere as good as she thinks she is
 
Manila will win, she’s playing the best game even if she’s not my favorite.
 
Despite her lapping on the beloved’s dank poohole, I must say that the smiley interaction with Monét has been one of my season highlights :disco:
 
i just rewatched the episode. i really enjoyed valentina and naomi's watching it sober - they were totally doing a clueless/romy and michelle thing.

lipsync still shit.
monet and monique still very very poor on the runway.
latrice totally not deserving to be top 2 (she admits as much when she thanks manila backstage and apparently trinity made her entire outfit!).
visage is full of shit.
valentina is amazing.

that's all.

VOR is so right - Latrice hasn't been any worse than Trixie on AS3... but Trixie was FUCKING APPALLING on AS3 so that's about right.

I thought the top 2 this week should have been Monique and Manila. Both were so engaging in their club bits. Monique is constantly underrated - I'm amazed she's still there.

TBH with Manila's sycophantic nature for Latrice coming out, I'm now at the point where Monique is my absolute favourite.

I really can't get on board with Trinity and Latrice - both are victims of their own hype and their arrogance is extraordinary.
