Pretty meh episode with good drama. Juju was the star, but it was weird to give the win to the other team. Starting in the golden girls room really brought down the energy.

Also you could fee the legacy of club 96 in every successful joke.

I was surprised they voted for Mariah over India but they are both low energy. Mariah gives better interviews but her challenge performance is on par with her season.

Alexis going into Cracker over and over was hilarious.

They should bring Nicole Byer as a permanent judge, she’s a delight.
 
Oh and the lipsync was meh but Monét won it despite looking like a hot mess in that color.
 
The judging was all kinds of fuckery. Ms Shea in the Bottom? With that look? When you had Alexis flubbing her challenge and looking like a well made-up seal in a one-piece? Really queen?
 
Shea totally deserved the bottom if you ask me. I think she was the worst performance overall and the outfit did nothing for me and didn't feel distinct either. As much as I love her, I was actually quite up for her being sent home and then inevitably coming back as part of a twist.

I thought all the suites were actually quite good and the performances were mostly average. I think Juju was the obvious standout, though, and the fucking TOMFOOLERY of that speech about the cats made the show :D. Amazing no one commented on how she BLATANTLY didn't know the words to Juice though, in that fucking lacklustre lip-sync. Monet came to SLAY, though, albeit that I thought that wig SCREAMED for a reveal.
 
And LIVING for Alexis coming for Cracker. That was FUN! Albeit that the latter seems to now have had her redemption arc with the comments about working with her.

I was so lost when they said that the Gold Room won the challenge. Watching it I was sure they'd be at least close to bottom - everything about it felt like a weak rerun of Club 96, and Club 96 sent Valentina home. And Blair and Mayhem aren't exactly Naomi and Valentina.

Jujubee is so necessary and it'll be a real downer if she leaves before the finale. Shea's performance wasn't very strong but I loved the runway so was surprised as well.

I'm finding Cracker quite endearing honestly, but the drama this episode was great.

Club 96 won the challange.

Jujubee killed me with her comments on Alexis and India... what a queen! A deserved win, even though her runway look was a mess.

So it took Alexis only 2-3 episodes to go back to the bitter cunt she’s always been.

Poor Miz Cracker, I’m actually loving her a lot (mostly because I want to fuck him).

I thought Blair was going to win, with Shae being the third top. Really don’t understand how she could be in the bottom.
 
Oh, and the voting really surprised me... did they all decide on voting for Mariah? I thought it was obvious that most of them would go for India?

Things wrong with this episode:
- That low-rent Club 96 pastiche winning, with none of the iconography of its inspiration, or the star quality of Valentina
- Jujubee winning her FIRST EVER CHALLENGE with that week-ass, messy performance
- Jujubee's charisma-free messy lip-sync
- Ms Cracker being set up for a redemption arc
- Ms Cracker's size - she has the proportions of a child, and the face of an ageing Jewish woman
- Shea ever coming NEAR the bottom
- Mariah going over India, who - let's face it - gave all she had in Week 1

That said, it was enjoyable TV and I was worried about Shea for the last third.
 
I tried to rank the queens, but I realised that other than Shea, I am totally nonplussed.

Juju is coasting on charisma, Alexis is wheeling out the same tacky schtick as she was 10 years ago, only this time with less definition around the chin. Blair's boy face is incredibly off-putting to me. Mayhem is just not a star. India is a one-trick, lip-sync pony. And Cracker is just awful.

Bring back Derrick!

In a very weak main challenge, I think it was correct for the Gold Room to win. Total re-hash, but at least it had clearly defined jokes. The other two were just dismal.

Cracker's self-pitying schtick is truly Laganja levels of intolerable for me, with none of the redemptive iconography, and I love that Alexis has zero time for it. I will admit the Cracker runway was quite fun though, and I'm here for her staying to keep the drama levels up.

I think Alexis and Mayhem voting for Shea to go home is bound to bite at least one of them in the ass very soon. :D
 
I'd still totally fuck Cracker. Far from being one of the really gorgeous queens, but I still would.
 
Cracker as a boy is totally killing me, I don’t care how bad this sounds but I just wanna ruin her.
 
I find Cracker physically repulsive. How much of that is driven by not liking her I'm not sure.
 
I don't get the physical appeal of Cracker AT ALL. But to each their own on that front.
 
Some of us like a a pocket size homosexual with a cute face.
 
The pre-lipsync reveal of two queens choosing Shea, the allusion to Juju choosing Shea, and all the close-ups of Shea from then on, accompanied by doom music made it so obvious that it wasn't actually going to be Shea going home. It actually could have been quite an exciting final 15 minutes, had they not completely over-sold the "OMG could it be Shea going home" angle. Ffs.

Yeah, they did the same last week as well and so it was an obvious pointer to the fact Shea wasn't going anywhere.

This comment sums up everything I was feeling about this episode. This cast just doesn't cut it as an AllStars cast in the same way that 2, 3 and even 4 did.

Shea is the talent of the season, Jujubee is the personality of the season, and everyone else is just a standard queen giving a standard season performance.
 
Based on that performance, Shea was the worst of the week but if we are judging on her track record then she was right to stay, but part of me would have LOVED the drama if she had gone. Of the other two, India should have gone over Mariah.

None of the three groups were amazing though I did laugh a bit at both the jungle and gold rooms, the Golden Girls one was just shit.

For me, Jujubee is my queen for this season, she brings everything, good talking heads, good drama and an all round great queen. Shea is probably the most polished queen but she is too much of a perfectionist to be really exciting. I think it’s between those two for the win.
 
Blair is quietly doing very well, isn't she? Upper safe to top every week so far. Obviously not the winner, but I wouldn't be surprised to see her last to the end.

After watching this week's Untucked, the 'she's a villain now!' thing was ridiculously over-hyped. She's an absolute sweetheart, and I really enjoyed her little moment with JuJubee and Mayhem.

It is still a bit awkward when she tries to do drag queen talk though. I just don't think the whole 'YES MAMA SLAY' thing comes naturally to her. Not that she's in any way Laganja-ing, it's just not the best fit for her. She'd be better leaning into the whole nice but catty thing, which seems much closer to her actual personality.

Last year we didn’t get Snatch Game, we had that dating game.
 
A bit of a messy episode really with the drama, the judging and that lipsync.

Shea firmly earned her place in the bottom with that perf and that CHEAP arse look (make-up aside)

Jujubee a delight as always and her suite should have won really. It was way funnier than that cheap Club96 copy.
 
To think that some queens are doing all they can to erase the legacy of Queen Supreme Naomi Smalls when it was her idea to do that whispering of Club 96.

Anyway I look forward to her appearance as Assasine extraordinaire. Hopefully she wins too, that would make her on of very few queens to never have lost in a lip sync. :disco:

Totally agree. She has aquired some annoying manners but she’s a fierce queen and is a sweetheart.

I thought her runway looks today was second only to Cracker’s.
