Well… it was an honour just to be nominated. Mucho mucho amor to @Soldi for picking my song, even though after all the HYPE from certain quarters it didn’t quite get the fantasy it needed.

Happy to make top 10 again with Yoasobi, even if it WAS the best.

I was really pushing for a @Beverley win this time, Monsters is good but sort of the default ASFM sound, and full disclosure I’m still a bit traumatised after Ra was trolled so harshly in that ASFM. Don’t want to put any yuk in @dmlaw ’s yum because it’s a lovely song apart from the vomit and the straight people, but if that doesn’t encapsulate ASFM, what does?

And well done to @Merry Tischmas! for holding the results and a glass of wine simultaneously. And @ZenGiraffe @Suomi @Soldi @dmlaw and the others who I can’t remember what you did but I’m assured we’re involved. The whole guild doing this together is kind of amazing, it felt very season finale.

And also my MVP of the year @Lucille for sending that Ass song which I now love, and all the other dark sided Japanese entries that I’m too much of a pussy to submit. 好き好き大好き❤
